Our founder, Misbahul Alam Sajid, did not start with a company. He started with a headset. He joined Xpro Locksmith LLC of Wisconsin as a dispatcher, taking customer calls from the other side of the world and learning the trade one job at a time.
Two brothers who trusted
The owners of Xpro, Mohammad Al Shahwan and Mohammad Atari, did something rare: they trusted. They taught him the business, gave him room to build, and promoted him step by step until he was running the company's entire internal operation as Managing Director. Dispatching, billing, quality, and recruitment, the systems that keep a field business alive, were built and refined under their backing.
From one company to many
RearOps Global was born from that journey. It takes everything learned inside one American company and offers it, with the same care and the same standards, to service businesses across the United States. What started as one dispatcher answering one phone line is now a structured operations company with departments, documented procedures, and a growing team in Bangladesh.
